What works
Samantha, without a doubt, is a major highlight of the film. Her screen presence and performance add significantly to the proceedings. She has demonstrated tremendous versatility in her role, and she is outstanding as Yashoda. Samantha, in particular, delivers a riveting performance during the pre-climax sections with her fierce looks and dialogue modulation.
The various plot twists that appear throughout the film are enjoyable. Furthermore, the way these twists are revealed one after the other at the end has been handled well. The pre-climax, in which the main twist is revealed, elevates the film nicely. Varalaxmi sarathkumar performs admirably and is quite impressive. Unni mukundan is fine, and all of his scenes with Samantha and Varalaxmi in the second half are well-executed.
Production values for the film are decent. As most of the film happens in a bungalow, the set work and ambiance look pretty good. Art department worked hard an detailing appears on the screen. Background score by Manisharma is pretty impressive and creates the necessary effect.

What doesn’t work
Though the first half of the film starts on an interesting note. it falls flat after ten minutes and further proceedings look a bit dragged. Until interval, nothing much happens in the first half. Once the twists are revealed in the pre-climax, things become predictable and are unnecessarily dragged to an extent.
Noted actors like Sampath raj,Rao ramesh,Murali sharma and shatru are not used properly as there was a good scope in the film.
