After the clash of Vijay’s Varisu, Balakrishna’s Veerasimha Reddy and Chiranjeevi’s Walter Veeraiya, Ajith’s Thunivu.. that rocked the Pongal/Sankranti season in January, October 19th and 20th are going to witness a heavy clash. This time it’s Vijay’s Leo, Balakrishna’s Bhagavanth Kesari, Shivarajkumar’s Ghost, Ravi teja’s Tiger Nageshwara Rao and Tiger Shroff’s Ganapath from Bollywood.
Ganapath, Directed by Vikas Bahl-starring, Tiger Shroff, Kriti Sanon, Rahman and Amitabh Bachchan. The film is about post-apocalyptic story and has earned the reputation of being the first film in this genre in India. The trailers and songs have already become hits; however, the fact that Ganapath has failed to create a buzz beyond the Bollywood market where it releases in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada . However, it is also noteworthy that the Bollywood market does not have a competitor until Animal arrives on November 2nd.
Tiger Nageswara Rao is a big-budget film starring Raviteja. The main challenge for the film is that the movie, which can be released in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi according to the big budget with Nupur Sanon as the heroine, has failed to create a wave outside the Telugu market. However, only one positive talk is enough to see the effect of promotions applied in the Hindi market. It is also big competetion with Leo and Bhagavanth Kesari in the Telugu market and affect badly the theatre numbers…
Even though Balakrishna’s Bhagavanth Kesari has a big budget and hold the good buzz despite the Leo storm in Telugu market, while Shivaraj Kumar’s Ghost is about to release in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi, but it is only focused on the Kannada market due to the lack of theatre availability in tamil,telugu and malayalam market.
On the other hand,Leo is creating unprecedented records, starring Vijay, has dominated worldwide in terms of hype and release size, with wide releases in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi. Probably even expecting the best day1 collection other than the franchise movie in Indian cinema itself. Therefore, Leo can be believed to be the big outing in the above said movies.
