Eesho is a Malayalam-language thriller film directed by Nadirshah featuring Jayasurya and Namitha Pramod in the lead roles. The film written by Suneesh Varanad is produced by Arun Narayan. Roby Varghese is the cinematographer while Nadirshah composes the songs and the original background score is composed and produced by Rahul Raj.
What works
The performances of Jaffar Idukki and Jayasurya propel the film forward without becoming tedious. Eesho, played by Jayasurya, is a character who leaves you wondering whether he is a villain or a hero. However, the script’s predictable progression lessens the mystery surrounding the character. Eesho isn’t a particularly difficult character for Jayasurya to play, but he does so admirably. Jaffer Idukki’s is another noteworthy performance. Jaffer Idukki has brilliantly portrayed the character of a common man’s innocence, determination and fear.
There is no doubt that this film, which deals with the POSCO case and child abuse, will easily connect emotionally with fathers and mothers with daughters. The film is aimed at the family audience.
What not works
Nothing new in the plot and very predictable from start to end. Hence, the film fails to do full justice to the thriller genre. Writing and execution makes the film flat and Out dated treatment made the movie more tragic .1.47hr short running time itself a too long for this.

A predictable mystery thriller!!!
